Returns

At Bestpriceme, we want to make the returns process as straightforward as possible.

To request a return, please contact us first by email at bestpriceme@me.com to obtain approval before returning the item.

Eligible products may be returned within 21 days from the date of delivery, provided the item is:

New and unused
In its original condition
Complete with all supplied parts, accessories and packaging where applicable

Once the returned item has been received and inspected by our team, we will contact you regarding the outcome and completion of the return process.

Return Freight

For change-of-mind or other approved returns that are not the result of a fault or issue covered by Australian Consumer Law, return freight costs are the customer's responsibility.

Where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise covered by rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law, the appropriate remedy and any applicable return costs will be handled in accordance with those rights.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Refunds will generally be made using the original payment method where practicable.

Any original delivery or freight charges may not be refundable for a change-of-mind return.

Nothing in this Refund & Returns Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.

Pricing

All prices displayed on the Bestpriceme website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and, unless otherwise stated, include GST.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, advertised prices do not include delivery or freight charges.

While we make every reasonable effort to ensure our pricing and product information is accurate, occasional errors or inaccuracies may occur. If we identify an error relating to an order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably practicable to discuss the available options.
